Prices with nothing hiding in them
Every number below includes the two person crew, all loading and carrying, transport, disposal fees and VAT. You pay securely online when you book, and that payment is what confirms your slot.

- Every visit has a £199 minimum charge. That is the honest price of a two person crew, a national route and legal disposal, there is nothing hiding behind it.
- Every price includes the crew, loading, transport, disposal fees and VAT.
- Stairs are chargeable at £20 per flight where there is no lift. Ground floor and lift buildings are included.
- Our two person crew lifts up to 75kg per item. Anything heavier as a single object needs specialist kit, so send us photos first and we will quote it properly. Pianos are the exception, we move those for a living.
- Please keep everything clean and dry under cover until we arrive. Dry goods can go for reuse; soaked or soiled ones cannot, and cost more to dispose of.
- Pay securely by card when you book (Stripe). Payment is what confirms your slot on the route, and cancelling by 6pm the evening before refunds in full.
- Full house or office clearances are quoted individually, email us photos and we reply the same day.
Pricing questions
Are there any extras on top of these prices?
Only two possible ones, both shown before you book: £20 per flight of stairs where there is no lift, and a small hygiene surcharge for heavily soiled items which we agree with you first. Every visit has a £199 minimum charge, shown throughout the site, and everything else, crew, loading, transport, disposal fees and VAT, is included.
How do the load sizes work?
A quarter load is roughly an estate car full, about 250kg. A half load is half a Luton van, about 500kg. A full load is the whole Luton van, about 1,000kg. The crew confirms the size with you on arrival before loading, and you pay for what actually goes on, never more.
How do you compare with a skip?
A 6 yard skip typically costs £250 to £350, needs a permit on the road, sits outside for a week, and you do all the carrying. Our half van load at £289 lands in the same money, except a two person crew carries everything out of the house for you, it is gone the same day, and the load is sorted for reuse and recycling rather than tipped as one lump.
When and how do I pay?
Securely by card when you book, through Stripe, and that payment is what confirms your slot. If the load turns out smaller than you paid for we refund the difference; bigger, and the crew quotes the difference before loading. Cancel by 6pm the evening before for a full refund.
