The short version

We collect only what a booking needs: your name, contact details, address and what you asked us to collect. We use it to do the job, confirm it, and keep the records the law requires. We run no advertising trackers, sell nothing to anyone, and delete on request.

What we collect and why

Booking and enquiry details go into our operations systems (Smartsheet) and generate emails to you and to us (sent via Resend). Job photos are kept as proof of completion. Commercial waste transfer notes are retained as legally required. Our web host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, IP addresses and requests, for security.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Basic, privacy-respecting traffic counts come from our host's aggregate analytics, which identify nobody.

Who sees your data

The crew doing your job, the people running the business, and the processors named above (Smartsheet, Resend, Cloudflare), each under their own GDPR terms. Nobody else, unless the law compels it.

How long we keep it

Booking records and photos: up to 6 years, in line with business record requirements. Waste transfer notes: the legally required period. Enquiries that never become bookings: up to 12 months.

Your rights
